- Part-time (27.5 hours p week)
- Work From Home (must reside in the Tampa, FL area)

SCHEDULES AVAILABLE (Eastern Time - ET):
- SCHEDULE #1: Tuesday-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. ET
- SCHEDULE #2: Monday-Friday: 3:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET
As a compassionate and dedicated customer service professional with Eagle’s Wings Air (EWA), we are honored to assist our funeral service partners in the most heartfelt moments of their client’s lives. We passionately ensure that the journey of their loved ones are handled with the utmost care, dignity, and respect—bridging the distance so families can gather in remembrance and celebration.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients via voice, email, and chat channels
- Passion to find the right logistics solution for the client or the path to resolution on the first call
- Follow-up with customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
- Perform data entry into logistics software
- Appropriately communicate with upset clients to resolve their inquiries or concerns
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
- Participate in on-call rotation (currently once per quarter)
- Be an active contributor to a great company culture
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Remote contact center experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with use of a computer and Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new software
- Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy
- Understand computations of basic math
- Strong geography skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as independently
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with capacity to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring consistency and accuracy in deliverables
- Proven experience in empathetic customer issue resolution and problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
- Will consider candidate with equivalent combination related experience
Work From Home Requirements:
- A dedicated, quiet workspace is required
- Maintain a professional and distraction-free remote work environment during scheduled hours
- High-Speed Internet is required; Proof of Internet speed is required
