Job Summary

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years old and living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
  • Have a strong and diverse skillset in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to work from home, meeting the minimum technical requirements, including a PC or laptop with a current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System, processor, RAM, and dedicated high-speed internet
  • Be available to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Have a high level of computer knowledge, with the ability to navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to navigate through multiple systems and enter information accurately and efficiently
