Job Overview

We are urgently seeking Product Testers to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. As an In-Home Product Tester, you will have the opportunity to test a wide range of products, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of new and innovative products. This is a flexible, part-time, and remote work opportunity that offers a competitive hourly pay rate of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the project. We guarantee 15-25 hours of work per week, and you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided
• Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more
• Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested
• Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Utilize MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology) to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit, with a passion for trying new products and providing feedback
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine, with flexibility to choose your own schedule
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection, as well as a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills are essential for success in this role
