Key Responsibilities and Expectations

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our clients, managing various tasks and responsibilities efficiently, and acting as a primary point of contact for other Executive Assistants when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch administrative support, managing various tasks and responsibilities efficiently, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Acting as an executive, personal, or administrative assistant to our esteemed clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Facilitating seamless communication and delegation of work among the EA team, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating conference calls to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Providing data entry, analysis, and note-taking support, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilizing MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to complete tasks and projects efficiently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Working Conditions and Requirements

This is a remote position, and you will be required to have a dedicated workstation setup with minimal distractions. You will need to have a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a mobile/smartphone device. You will also need to have a telephone connection and a printer. Additionally, you may need to arrange for babysitting services, if needed, to ensure focused attention to detail during work hours.

Compensation and Benefits

This is an independent contractor (1099) position, and compensation will be based on a per-client basis.
