As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for: * Answering calls and making reservations for our clients * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and pricing * Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution * Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

Key Responsibilities:

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * A High School Diploma or GED * Prior experience working with airline reservations systems (preferable) * At least 1 year of call center experience * A valid driver's license and reliable Internet service * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, we encourage candidates with the following qualifications to apply: * Fluency in Spanish or Japanese (in addition to English) * Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
