About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team in Georgia or Texas. As a Virtual Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for thousands of businesses, handling incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule and competitive salary.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls for various businesses, using your excellent people skills and friendly personality to provide exceptional customer service
  • Navigating cloud-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens, demonstrating your tech-savviness and ability to multitask
  • Communicating professionally and showcasing your friendly personality, even in high-pressure situations
  • Typing detailed messages free of spelling and grammatical errors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working independently, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Providing exceptional service to clients and their customers, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent people skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk receptionist, or clerical position
  • Ability to multitask and work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and drive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues and navigate cloud-based technology
  • A quiet, distraction-free room at home where you can work without interruptions
  • A reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps Upload
  • A wired connection to your wifi router or cable modem, and a high-quality wired headset with a microphone
  • A USB keyboard and USB mouse

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for Virtual Receptionists with:

  • Previous experience at a call center
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills, with incentives for those who can communicate with clients in Spanish
