Experienced Full Stack Content Moderator – Data Entry, Compliance Analytics, and Risk Assessment for Walgreens

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compliance checking programs, including risk assessments, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and procedures.
• Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Checking Examination Chief.
• Analyze and report monitoring results, including identifying potential compliance risks and trends.
• Prepare and present reports of monitoring results to business leaders to inform risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans (Covers).

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring or examining, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify potential compliance risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos, or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in compliance monitoring or examining, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience working with regulatory compliance requirements related to retail pharmacy and healthcare supplier businesses.
• Experience working with sensitive or confidential data.
• Experience creating and presenting presentations to various audiences within the organization.
• Proficiency in business intelligence software, such as Business Objects, Cognos, or similar software.
• Strong skills in data extraction, mining, and management, with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and SQL query skills.
