As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Walgreens, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. - Utilize Walgreens' remedy information section methods and rules to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and enter refill orders for handling.
- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, emails) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
- Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
- Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations, and recognize and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- Acquire a dynamic expert license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current license or certification.
Fundamental Capabilities
- Essential level computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online.
- Basic web browser skills, including opening a program, composing in URLs in the right field, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Moderate level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Preferred Capabilities
- No less than 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as conceded by the State board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports.
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
