As a key member of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) group inside the Shared Services Department of Human Resources, you will partner with regions consisting of HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to help decorate center HR structures, statistics evaluation and reporting, while handling ambiguity, risk, and converting path of initiatives to satisfy closing dates. Essential Qualifications

  • Experience helping HRIS.
  • Experience with SAP Employee Central/ Employee Central Payroll, knowledge control systems, performance control, and succession planning.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques associated with areas consisting of Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training.
  • Basic degree talent in Microsoft Access (for example: starting a table in datasheet view, entering data, filtering data, developing a form, editing a form layout, using themes, running, sorting and saving queries, developing and formatting a report, converting report view, adding an image, printing labels, navigating through reports, and/or exporting to Excel).
  • Basic talent degree in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: putting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating among slides, growing list level, adding, centering and enhancing textual content, changing views, putting a table or a note, transferring objects, printing define view and/or running a slide show).
  • Basic degree talent in Microsoft Word (for example: starting a document, cutting, pasting and aligning textual content, selecting font kind and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, putting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions).
