Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) to join our team at Walgreens. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data. Responsibilities
- Information Passage and Patient Enrollment: Utilize Walgreens solution information passage techniques and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
- Handles Patient Medicine Demands: Handles patient medicine demands within HIPAA rules and enters top-off orders for handling.
- Investigates Missing Information: Investigates to acquire missing remedy data, and deciphers clinical truncations (SIG codes).
- Settles Information Passages: Settle all information passages related to special cases.
- Handles Correspondence: Handles correspondence to patients (inbound calls, talks, messages) and settles outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
- Settles Outsider Oddballs: Settles on phone decisions to guarantors and others to get data, gain abrogate endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs.
- Provides Support: Provides help to Drug specialists, both those in the office and those in different areas. Distinguishes and imparts issues to senior-level staff as fitting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
- Secondary School Recognition or GED: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Computer Skills: You must have basic level PC abilities, including starting and closing the PC, using the mouse to point and snap, starting and closing projects, switching between programs, saving records, printing reports, and accessing data online.
- Web Search Tools Skills: You must have essential web search tools abilities, including opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, utilizing a web crawler, bookmarking a webpage, exploring back/forward/stop fastens, and finishing up structures on the web.
- Keyboarding Skills: You must have middle-of-the-road level keyboarding abilities, including typing by memory and organizing records.
- Communication Skills: You must be able to convey recorded as a hard copy and verbally.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy Experience: You must have at least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
- State Certification: You must have at least a year and a half experience as a pharmacy professional with a state certification or enrollment by the state as conceded by the state Leading group of Drug stores or broadly perceived confirmation organization.
- Customer Service Experience: You must have experience giving client care to interior and outer clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for administrations, and assessment of consumer loyalty.
- Keyboarding Skills: You must have middle to cutting-edge level keyboarding abilities, including typing by memory and designing archives.
- Language Skills: You must be familiar with Spanish and English.
