Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a key member of our pricing and underwriting team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data, developing economic models, and providing insights to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Queries, reviews, and analyzes data to prepare analytics, including pricing and economic models, leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL techniques.
  • Utilizes advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel to create and maintain forecasting and underwriting models, including developing pivot tables, creating macros, using VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, troubleshooting formula errors, and formula auditing.
  • Utilizes intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Access, SAS, and SQL to query and analyze large and complex data sets, including developing parameter and action queries, joining tables, developing cross-tab queries, and using macros to provide user interaction and automate tasks.
  • Tracks, evaluates, reports, and automates efforts to aid and enhance current pricing mechanisms.
  • Identifies and solves pricing issues through acting evaluation that involves retrieving and analyzing both internal data and data acquired from a third party.
  • Analyzes data and units of data to become responsible for the outcomes portrayed through that evaluation.
  • Utilizes preferred working approaches to research and respond to inquiries from internal business partners concerning pricing for various lines of business, including retail, specialty, immunizations, and clinics.
  • Provides compensation fee pointers based on complex pricing models for multimillion-dollar opportunities.
  • Communicates and collaborates with business partners (at all levels of the organization) in various functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales.
  • Presents pricing idea pointers, data evaluation, and economic models to management and leadership on a regular basis.
  • Prepares senior-level executive documentation of pricing idea economic metric pointers (Executive Governance Memos).

Essential Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced data analyst with a strong background in economics, finance, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics.
  • At least three years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data, business metrics, and operational processes.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to the power development of outcomes and find solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide information to executives and leaders throughout the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-assign concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines with an excellent product.
  • Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting of exceptional standards.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications
