Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue across our healthcare and pharmaceutical industry portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and manage business cases, proposals, and presentations to support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business development decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our business development strategies remain competitive and effective.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, including experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and manage business cases, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are seeking candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in the advantages/healthcare counseling industry, including experience working with medical services partners, healthcare plans, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience in developing and managing business development strategies, including experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes.
