**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacist - Centralized Services (Remote) - Walgreens DPS, you will play a critical role in delivering medical services and driving patient wellbeing results. You will be responsible for executing patient mediation drug store programs, ensuring consistency of clinical drug store services, and driving drug store financial performance. You will also be accountable for solution handling from a remote setting, encouraging solid associations with clinical networks, and serving as a delegate and contact of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Carries out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Prescription Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
* Drives consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; checking and analyzing results; and implementing changes.
* Drives territorial pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to organizational financial objectives. Executes and implements patient intervention pharmacy projects to expand financial performance.
* Upholds efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient interview, medication management, drug treatment surveys, and retail, clinical, or health services, e.g., vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
* Provides expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field authorities. Supports staff training experiences and development opportunities. Advances cooperation and persuades Pharmacy staff by encouraging a common vision and supporting organizational strategies, methodologies, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
* Conducts data and clinical reviews and making necessary moves to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions.
* Audits patient accounts and patient profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment. Provides individualized patient/supplier interview.
* Through utilization of superior interpersonal skills, wins the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board to pharmacy concerns.
* Provides feedback concerning the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program including comments from patients as the value of individual interviews.
* Accountable for all inquiries, discussions, and provides which relate directly to patient treatment.
* Provides clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and payers as necessary.
* Performs other work related to the job responsibilities in this document as assigned by management.
* Adheres to rules and procedures for all job responsibilities to meet objectives. Complies with organizational policies and methodologies including all HIPAA rules/guidelines.
* Ensures compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
**Essential Capabilities**
* BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least one (1) year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
* Current pharmacist license as allowed by the relevant state licensing authority.
* Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues.
* Experience working with confidential information.
* Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, or weekends.
* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various activities with fluctuating completion dates.
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is necessary to decide when acceleration of issues.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including satisfying quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Ability to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
* Knowledge of payers.
* Knowledge of PC operating systems including Rhapsody, Commitment, and Plus.
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as money, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting message, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
* Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view as well as running a slide show).
* Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, gluing, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet as well as print capabilities).
