You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Utilize our store systems and technology to access customer information and resolve issues * Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Customer Experience** * Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services * Settle customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Model and offer customer service best practices with all colleagues to convey a unique and wonderful customer experience * Utilize relational skills (e.g., welcoming, eye-to-eye contact, kindness, etc.) and Walgreens service characteristics (e.g., offering assistance proactively, identifying needs, resolving until satisfied, etc.) **Activities** * Provide customers with polite, friendly, quick, and proficient service * Recommend products available for purchase to customers and suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities * Register customer purchases on assigned sales register, collect cash and disperse change as necessary; process voids, returns, IOUs, discounts, and trades as required * Maintain counters and retail areas clean and well-marketed, take stock, and keep records * Check in and cost stock as required or as coordinated by head supervisor or imparted by the shift leader * Carry out Organization resource assurance methodology to identify and limit benefit loss * Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., liquor and tobacco items) * Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super displays, and sale stock * Finish resets and changes as coordinated * Assist with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item arrangement as determined by policies/strategies (e.g., raw and frozen meats on base retail areas) * For consumable items, aid stock rotation, involving the first-in, first-out strategy and restock outs * Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print and creative machine, and special photo item sales * Take on web order responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders (pick items), delivers orders to customers as they arrive at store) * Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and methodical store condition and appearance * Agree to all company policies and procedures; maintain aware associations with colleagues * Complete special tasks and other duties as assigned **Essential Capabilities** * Must be familiar with reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Expects readiness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours **Preferred Capabilities** * Lean towards a half year of experience in a retail environment * Like to have earlier work experience with Walgreens * Like to be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Expects ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $15.8 - $17.5/hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive training and development programs * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Access to exclusive employee discounts and perks **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
