Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Walgreens System Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of compliance monitoring programs, managing risk assessments, and utilizing business intelligence tools to analyze data. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compliance monitoring programs, including risk assessments and data analysis, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage and analyze large datasets using business intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos, and Tableau, to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics.
- At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
- Proven experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and SQL query language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- At least 4 years of experience in compliance monitoring or auditing.
- Experience working with retail pharmacy or healthcare industry regulations.
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential data.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audiences within the organization.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
