As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about their work and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Project Manager to join our Clinical Trials and Research Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing clinical trials with biopharmaceutical companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality results. This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and facilitate project activities and ensure fulfillment of expectations in accordance with the program management system, considering the impact on risks, budget, effort estimates, and schedule. * Act as a resource for the Support and other functional colleagues for the allocated clinical trial project. * Participate in bid defense meetings. Lead bid defense presentations in collaboration with the Business Development team. * Lead activities across various functions to meet the objectives of a given program, including scope, budget, and schedule. * Establish and maintain project documentation and strategies. * Develop risk mitigation plans, including appropriate communication and escalation procedures to mitigate risk. * Work closely with other core team leaders within the Clinical Trials business. * Demonstrate the ability to proactively identify solutions to improve existing business processes. * Understand and maintain compliance with internal and external security and legal requirements. * Manage project finances in accordance with the client contract and budget; work closely with the Head of Finance, RWE Clinical Trials. * Identify changes in scope and manage the change control process, as required. **Essential Capabilities** * Experience working with others to deliver results that meet timelines, metrics, and budget. * Knowledge of the use of Real-World Evidence (RWE) for clinical trials. * Knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and technology-enabled solutions (EMR/Health Record Insight, Mixture trials) regarding use in clinical trials. * Knowledge of clinical trials, and experience applying relevant clinical research regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP and ICH guidelines). * Experience using an outcome-driven approach to delivery. * Knowledge of project finances, including experience making budget, organizational commitments, and recommendations. * Experience coordinating resources required to fulfill responsibilities, set targets, and provide clear direction to other colleagues. * Ability to work up to/somewhere around 15% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state). **Preferred Capabilities** * At least 4 years of clinical research experience **What We Offer** * A competitive salary of $21/hour * A range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * The chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced project manager with a passion for clinical trials and research operations, we want to hear from you!
