**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chat Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
* Providing timely and effective support to resolve user queries and issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address platform limitations and areas for improvement
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Vetcove platform and its features
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
* 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
* Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
* A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
