**System Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Virtual Call Center team members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
• **Self-Provided Computer or Laptop**: A Microsoft Operating System-based computer or laptop, not older than 3 years.
• **Headset Compatibility**: A headset compatible with blithequark's specifications.
• **High-Speed Internet Connection**: A reliable high-speed internet connection, excluding satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services.
• **Supported Devices**: A computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, excluding Mac / Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks.
**Training Schedule**
Your blithequark career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. The training schedule includes:
• **Tech Set Up**: Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up.
• **Orientation and Training**: After connecting, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
• **Working Schedule**: Your working schedule post-training will differ, allowing you to adapt to the demands of the Virtual Call Center.
