About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a customer support representative in a remote setting, where you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, assisting customers in finding and purchasing their ideal products, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls, approximately 40 per day, to assist customers in finding and purchasing products
  • Utilize our scheduling system to manage your daily schedule, including break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions
  • Contact product suppliers to gather additional information to fully assist customers
  • Follow our designated sales cycle and call flow, including testing questions, anticipating sales, building rapport, and upselling or cross-selling products
  • Analyze customer needs and consistently look for ways to enhance their experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay focused on customers, free from distractions, while working remotely for the entire shift
  • Participate actively in engagement activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think systematically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Ability to work in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and use software applications required for the job
  • Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
