  • Provide excellent support to our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other teams, including design, UX, and engineering, to ensure that our products are presented in the best possible way
  • Utilize our cutting-edge tech stack, including modern capabilities around AI, data science, multivariate testing, and personalization, to drive business results
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and data management

Essential Qualifications
