About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Supporting internal and external clients with requests and concerns regarding financial products and services, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
 - Conducting analytical approaches to identify issues, process complex transactions online, and assess complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags.
 - Performing moderately complex tasks to resolve customer issues, evaluating complaints, and mitigating risks appropriately to ensure client issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
 - Collaborating with internal and external clients to address raised concerns, determine appropriate courses of action, and act as a mediator between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiate, and order settlements.
 - Seeking guidance from supervisors and escalating non-routine client concerns to more experienced individuals as necessary.
 
Required Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities:
- For US applicants: 6 months of contact center experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
 - For Global applicants: Experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
