About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Execution Specialist to join our team in Roanoke, VA. This role offers a competitive salary of $25/hour and the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic community. As a Lead Business Execution Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Working Official (COO) and the COO administration group for India and the Philippines (I&P) to develop and implement communication strategies for the COO's office. Your expertise in strategic communications, project management, and business execution will be essential in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for the COO's office, including identifying and grasping key objectives, planning, and conveying the communications plan, and measuring the effectiveness of communication programs.
  • Support the COO's Business office in organizing meetings and other show materials, and collaborate with the I&P Corporate Communications group to align with Wells Fargo branding standards and policies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute various projects, services, and initiatives, and drive accountability for assigned drives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review key strategies and effectiveness of support capability and business performance, and perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaborate and communicate with members of the Business Execution team and group leaders to drive key initiatives, and influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Years of experience in core corporate communications or Business Execution, Execution, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • A degree in Communications or a related discipline.
  • Ability to create innovative and engaging content aligned with the organization's objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work generally autonomously with minimal supervision, and demonstrated expertise in creating communications and presentations that can address a diverse audience (age, culture, and gender).
  • History of using data and analysis to measure the effectiveness of communications outreach, and high attention to detail.
  • Elevated degree of responsiveness to evolving situations and ability to respond in real-time.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in Business Execution, Execution, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Advanced degree in Communications or a related discipline.
  • Certification in project management or a related field.
  • Experience working in a financial services company or a related industry.
