Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Architect to join our team as part of the Innovation Tasks Engineering Group. As a Lead Frameworks Modeler, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Contact Center Tasks product aligned architecture teams and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to define, analyze, and recommend the right combination of IT components to achieve specific business, division, group, or functional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of complex projects and initiatives with company-wide scope
  • Aid in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives
  • Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy
  • Identify medium to high-impact projects and drive their implementation
  • Conduct complicated technology and system evaluations for design solutions
  • Communicate the company-wide Engineering methodology and direction to both management and systems-related teams
  • Make informed decisions in the development and maintenance of designs
  • Ensure consistency and risk management requirements for supported areas
  • Guarantee applications adhere to established Wells Fargo guidelines, policies, procedures, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate and communicate with peers, stakeholders, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience in Engineering System Development
  • 3+ years of solid technical/architectural documentation skills
  • 2+ years of Agile methodology experience

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of Contact Center systems/products, including experience with Communication, Cloud, Contact Center as a Service, utilizing AI/ML, etc.
  • Understanding of Contact Center systems/products, including cloud-based software, traditional call center technologies, and services that expose that data
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local area networks (LAN), automatic call distributors (ACD), agent desktops, computer telephony integration (CTI), web integration, workforce management, dialers, etc.
  • Experience with large-scale migration of systems to Cloud
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, especially senior management
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Product thinking experience
  • Business case development and analysis experience
  • Financial analysis experience
  • Roadmap planning experience
  • Modern architecture design principles and patterns experience
