Job Overview

As an Amazon PPC & Marketplace Analyst, you will be working in the US (CST) timezone, collaborating with our marketing, catalog, and operations teams to optimize our e-commerce presence and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • PPC Management: Conduct daily monitoring of ads, including search term report analysis, and track and optimize TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) to ensure maximum ROI. Explore new targeting opportunities to drive growth and improve campaign performance.
  • Account Management: Monitor account health and feedback to ensure compliance and performance, and manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Support cases to ensure timely resolution. Create and execute deals, including coupon checks and pricing updates, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • SEO and Reporting: Update SEO reports to reflect current strategies and performance, and analyze Category Listing Reports for insights and improvements. Monitor brand performance on all channels, including Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop, to identify areas for optimization.
  • Data Analysis and Strategy: Perform competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions, and track and record weekly advertising performance to update PPC call agendas. Fill out sales sheets and upload weekly scorecards for performance tracking, and provide data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, Scale Insights, Helium10, and DataRova, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and market trends.
  • A keen eye for data-presentation and visualization, with the ability to provide reports that clearly communicate important information and improve over time.
  • Process-oriented operator with the ability to take an idea, put it into execution, and explain the results in a concise and efficient manner.
  • High attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon advertising and marketing strategies, including PPC campaign management and optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices, with experience in keyword research and optimization.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.
