Job Overview

In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and sell shipping containers to customers via Facebook Marketplace. Yes, you read that right – Facebook Marketplace! We've developed a user-friendly software that makes it easy for you to advertise and sell our products, and we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. As a Remote Sales Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and closing sales directly through chat. And the best part? You can do it all from the comfort of your own home, or from anywhere in the world, for that matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Facebook Marketplace to advertise and sell shipping containers using our proprietary software
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow up with leads and encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly through chat by sending invoices from our company's system
  • Assign leads to our closers for additional support, if needed
  • Develop and implement a solid algorithm to generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. You should be comfortable using Facebook and have a solid understanding of how to navigate the platform. While experience in sales is not required, it's definitely a plus. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and take on new challenges, and who is motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Experience using Facebook Marketplace or other online sales platforms
  • Strong understanding of online marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (a plus, but not required)

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive commission-only structure that rewards our top performers with average earnings of $200 per shipping container sold. Our top agents sell 60-80 containers monthly, earning up to $16,000 in commission. And, with our company retreats and flexible schedule, you'll have plenty of opportunities to relax and recharge.
