Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop.
  • Ability to type accurately at a speed of 30 words per minute or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data entry software, such as Excel or Access.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
