Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer at blithequark, scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and provide personalized consultations
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible protection for their families
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their benefit plans continue to meet their evolving needs
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as assist with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, responding to queries and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, performing any necessary updates on schedule to maintain the highest level of administrative efficiency
