Experienced Full Stack Account Manager – Insurance Industry Client Relationship Management and Business Development

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Account Manager to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing local client relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and driving business growth. This is a remote opportunity with an immediate start, offering a competitive salary of $27-$35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster trust and demonstrate value.
- Attend client meetings on a case-by-case basis within Long-Term Care (LTC) offices.
- Foster a rhythm of regular, proactive client meetings to establish strong relationships with key partners; conduct quarterly Chief Surveys to office administration to review business expectations and identify new opportunities.
- Recognize high-risk accounts and collaborate with internal partners to develop action plans to address client risks and opportunities, update clients on progress.
- Manage routine client support activities and resolution of routine to complex client issues and requests. Respond to client inquiries via phone or in-person with LTC offices.
- Collaborate with the Key Account team to deliver initiatives at the office level for National and Local accounts.
- Survey client needs by collaborating with office administration and present Omnicare's offerings for new products and services to drive growth.
- Manage office expectations for contractual agreements.
- Deliver non-clinical office training and support new program implementation.
- Assist the Region Administrator on all contract renewals within an assigned book of business.
- Responsible for activities related to onboarding new offices, including gathering occupant data and clinical records; booking, joining in, and some support of office staff training; educating pharmacies regarding office needs; serving as a single point of contact for offices throughout the onboarding process.
- Work with insight and industry knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Required Capabilities
- At least 2 years of client-facing experience.
- The ability to travel temporarily for at least half of the time.
- A valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of insurance, if driving.
- CRM capability, preferably Salesforce.
Favored Capabilities
- Established progress in client/account management.
- Excellent customer service skills, knowing the proper time to be consultative versus resolving an issue or meeting a need.
- Demonstrated success using project management skills; ability to track and manage issues, ensure the right teams are engaged, and work with thorough and timely issue resolution.
- Ability to methodically and creatively solve problems while managing multiple factors where standard goals do not exist.
- History of performing under pressure, adapting to changing elements, and finding solutions that lead to client satisfaction.
- Viable presentation skills with the ability to create group presentations to promote client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications.
- Past industry-related experience is a plus.
Education
Four-year degree required; will consider equivalent work experience.
