About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in addressing and resolving customer questions and issues, ensuring that every interaction is met with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to resolving problems efficiently. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch support to our clients, responding to customer support tickets, managing high-volume phone calls, and resolving issues related to existing orders. You'll work closely with other teams to ensure seamless order processing, and your exceptional communication skills will be essential in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and guide new customers through the online ordering process
  • Respond to emails and address questions and concerns from customers, internal department queries relating to orders or payment on orders, and process servers in the field
  • Document issues in Confluence, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible
  • Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers, demonstrating your ability to work with external systems and processes
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values. These include:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
  • Technology-driven, with experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems
  • Document manipulation experience, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to transcribe information, review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions, demonstrating your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining a high level of work product in often stressful situations
  • Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them, showcasing your proactive approach to customer support
  • Ability to implement new processes and changes, improving performance and demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of self-motivation and discipline
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, or other customer support tools and technologies
  • Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CSE, demonstrating your commitment to professional development
