Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Ramp & Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our passengers, handling a wide range of tasks, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work outside in various weather conditions, performing tasks such as loading and unloading baggage, freight, and equipment, as well as marshaling aircraft and pushing back planes.
  • Perform pre-flight preparations and security checks, ensuring the safety and security of our passengers and crew.
  • Process and secure passenger baggage, handling claims and resolving issues related to lost, delayed, or stolen luggage.
  • Stack and offload baggage and freight using conveyor belts, working efficiently and safely to meet deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Ability to learn and work with modernized reservation systems and software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to participate in paid training that may require temporary travel.
  • Ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification, if required.
  • Ability to acquire airport security status, if required.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Age 18 or older, with the ability to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service or community service experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.
