As a Director of Chance Administration, you'll be responsible for leading our business process improvement and risk management initiatives, driving strategic growth and innovation across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess new information sources, develop and implement risk management strategies, and drive business process improvements that enhance our products and services.

  • Lead business process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis and risk management expertise to drive strategic growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess new information sources, developing and implementing risk management strategies that enhance our products and services
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze complex data sets, utilizing statistical and machine learning techniques to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Work with technical teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging technologies such as Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, and Unix
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
  • Proven track record of driving business process improvements and risk management initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, and Unix

  • Experience working in a financial services industry, with a focus on risk management and business process improvement
  • Certification in risk management, data analysis, or business process improvement
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
