**Job Summary:** Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for data analysis and pricing strategy? Do you have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field? We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark, a leading healthcare and retail company. As a key member of our pricing and underwriting team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing pricing models, and providing insights to drive business growth. **Job Responsibilities:** * Analyze and review large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform pricing and underwriting decisions * Develop and maintain advanced forecasting and underwriting models using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and other tools * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data, develop pricing models, and provide recommendations to drive business growth * Utilize intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Access, SAS, and SQL to query and analyze large data sets * Identify and solve pricing issues through thorough analysis and evaluation of internal data and external data from third-party sources * Communicate complex data insights and pricing recommendations to senior-level executives and management * Prepare senior-level executive documentation, including executive governance memos and pricing strategy reports * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales, to drive business growth and improve pricing strategies **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop insights * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior-level executives and management * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and other tools * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in pharmacy benefit management, contracting, finance, account management, or pricing * Strong knowledge of data analysis and business metrics * Experience working with large and complex data sets * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex pricing issues * Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * blithequark is a leading healthcare and retail company with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction * Our team is collaborative, dynamic, and passionate about delivering high-quality results * We offer a flexible and remote work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development * Our company culture values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive for all employees **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary range of $25-35/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision * Retirement savings plan (401(k)) * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off (PTO) * Holidays * Paid parental leave (PPL) * Transportation benefit plan * Employee store discount * Voluntary life and personal accident insurance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data analysis and pricing strategy, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
