**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll work closely with our team to create raving fans for blithequark every single day.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize live chat, phone, and email to communicate with customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience

* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
