**Role Overview**

**What We're Looking For**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.

* Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. (a plus), with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

* Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred), with a strong understanding of how to use these tools to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Technical Requirements**
* A personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds, with a reliable internet connection.
