**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your day will be filled with:
* Answering incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
* Conducting research to provide answers and solutions to customers' issues, ensuring that their problems are resolved quickly and efficiently

**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
* The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends
* Strong computer skills, with experience using software applications, such as CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
* A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android, for daily login and communication with clients
**The Equipment You'll Need**
To work effectively from home, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps, with a hardwired direct connection to your home router (Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments)
* A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
* A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android, for daily login and communication with clients
