**Job Summary**
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service Team as Full-Time Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating the treatment process. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to address their concerns.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Answer questions and resolve issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
* Facilitate the treatment process by working with members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as relevant healthcare regulations and industry trends
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and supportive team culture
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
**Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance setting
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
