You will be responsible for interacting with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization and take your customer service career to the next level. **Key Responsibilities** * Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure seamless customer interactions * Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences and drive business growth * Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure they are fully informed and satisfied * Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team to ensure prompt resolution * Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling **Candidate Qualifications** We are looking for highly motivated and customer-centric individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and driving business growth.
