Reporting to the Video Maker, you will focus on a range of tasks, including factual tracking, clip and screeners requests, and event support.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Measurements Following and Assembling: Screen and report on video measurements, ensuring the team has exceptional data to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Clasp and Screeners Solicitations: Assist with fulfilling clip and screeners demands from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Rules and Methodology: Create and update documentation illustrating video rules and systems.
  • Press Email Drafts: Produce drafts for emails to press, coordinating with the broader team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Client Rundown The executives: Create and maintain lists of clients who access various platforms, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Hardware The board: Inventory and track video equipment, ensuring resources are readily available for colleagues.
  • Group Grants and Acknowledgment: Coordinate tracking and entries for industry grants and internal recognitions.
  • Note-taking: Capture key points and actions in meetings and disseminate these to relevant teams.
  • Scheduling and Group Schedule Backing: Manage team schedules, coordinating timetables to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Occasion Backing: Provide logistical support for significant company events, including D23 Exhibition, TCA Press Visit, and Inside Comms events.
    Essential Qualifications and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required
  • Elevated level of organizational abilities and attention to detail: Essential for success in this role
  • Solid written and verbal communication capacities: Critical for effective collaboration and communication
