Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and loading boxes into trucks for shipment. You will work in a variety of areas, such as merchandising, make-on-demand, customer returns, Prime Now, and general fulfillment, and will be required to use scanners to read bar codes on products, view prompts on screens, and follow directions for some tasks.

• Getting customer orders ready and packing them up to ensure accurate and prompt delivery
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, using equipment such as forklifts and pallet drivers

• Troubleshooting problems and ensuring that product meets quality requirements
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet, with equipment training and certification provided free of cost

In addition to these duties, you will also be required to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You may also be required to go up and down stairs, work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine, and adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
