- Collaborate with product, science, and engineering teams to create, approve, scale, and automate new assortments, including Clients' Most-Loved, Web Famous, Regular Fundamentals, Premium, and Seasonal Favorites.
- Own and manage requirements gathering, experimentation, and marketing strategies supporting new assortment development.
- Define and advance standard operating procedures, best practices, and playbooks in support of self-service marketing and experimentation for new and existing assortments.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make informed decisions to optimize results.
- Demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences through innovative marketing solutions.
