Job Overview

This role is located at our Remote facility, offering a unique opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely fulfillment of Merchant demands related to KYC and Banking Updates/Maintenance on existing vendor accounts/New Record set-ups, payments research, and account reconciliation. You will also be required to handle outbound and inbound calls to and from Financial Institutions, Merchants, and internal clients, offering support and assistance to Traders, Processors, MS TSC, Banking, SRG/KOAT, Contract Review, Entries, ESSU, CMS, Securing, Organization Development, Risk managers, and Welcome Acceptance of American Express.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and process Merchant demands from the simple to the complex, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests and adherence to strict deadlines for an improved merchant experience.
  • Examine, verify, understand, and apply information from business and administrative reports, such as Articles of Inc., License to operate, Bank Statements, Insurance Agreements, IRS records, AMEX Agreements, Policies and procedures, and Cushion Agreements to satisfy basic support demands and KYC requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, with a client-centered approach and a high level of urgency, serving as a role model for delivering Remarkable Client Care.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of clients, both internally and externally, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and others, with the ability to assess Trader data and make independent decisions.

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to evaluate Trader data and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, with a focus on merchant services and banking operations.
  • Experience with MS Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
