Job Overview

In this role, you will be part of our technology groups, working closely with talented engineers in an open, collaborative, and comprehensive environment. Your voice will be valued, and you will have the autonomy to make decisions on the technology to use to solve complex problems. As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for upholding the development, execution, and management of the Global Infrastructure (GI) Risk Management program. You will work with various stakeholders, including GI groups, risk oversight teams, auditors, and regulators, to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership and analytical skills to collaborate with GI groups to maintain and improve the GI Risk Management and Administration program, ensuring full compliance with all financial regulations, laws, guidelines, and internal policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Responsible for daily coordination and maintenance of emerging risks and early warning indicators through the development and oversight of an effective mitigation strategy until successfully implemented.
  • Evaluate GI's control structure and provide insights and recommendations to ensure the technology operating environment is moderating risk and consistent with risk strategies.
  • Accountable for informing management of project/task status, managing work priorities, and proactively seeking solutions and making timely decisions regarding challenging projects or situations.
  • Provide advice on controls, processes, and procedures to ensure they reflect changes in laws or regulations with appropriate risk mitigation and collaborate with GI groups to implement these changes.
  • Respond to requests or refer requests to the appropriate office or individual and demonstrate the necessary completion with clients and/or staff involved.
  • Build relationships with various groups and lead meetings to gather and document information and data to measure and improve the effectiveness of risk management and administration activities.
  • Propose relevant IT responses to changing business risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Direct support of our GI Risk internal documentation library, ensuring that process and other documentation is updated and current.
  • Aid in the development, implementation, and management of processes and drives to ensure compliance, cost improvement, and efficiency.
  • Provide technical or analytical guidance as needed for issue management, project evaluations, and reporting of key metrics.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Relevant experience and background in information security and technology controls, compliance, and/or regulatory experience.
  • System technology foundation/experience (Cloud, IBM, TIMS, Disaster Recovery, Storage, Network, Database, etc.).
  • Knowledge or training in IT control frameworks, governance, and global regulations, including but not limited to FFIEC, NIST, OFAC, SOX, PCI, ISO, etc.
  • Related experience working with auditors and regulators.
  • Demonstrated ability to propose relevant IT responses to changing business risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborative approach to solving business problems.
  • Background in ITSM/ITIL/COBIT/ISO processes is preferred.
