About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Analyst I to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting training sessions to enhance personnel capabilities in Operational Excellence tools
- Providing technical support to improvement projects
- Facilitating integration and information exchange among project team members
- Developing skills in quality tools and methodologies focused on continuous improvement and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Creating spreadsheets, presentations, and reports, and sending them to the relevant areas involved in the process
- Managing documents and information related to Operational Excellence
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Be enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Administration, or related fields
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel
- Basic knowledge of TPM methodology
- Basic English language skills
It will be considered a differential if you:
- Have completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields
- Have advanced-level proficiency in Excel
- Have technical knowledge of graphic editing tools
Work Environment and Schedule
We offer a dynamic work environment with a schedule of 5x2, from 07:00 to 16:48, Monday to Friday.
