Live Chat Support
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative at Concept Key. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a timely manner
Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if needed
Proactively engage with customers to upsell products and increase sales
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or sales role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of apparel and fashion industry trends is a plus
