Our company is on a human scale (50 people) in full growth, with an international reach (50% in North America, 50% of sales outside the European Union). **Join Our Team** As a Business Development Manager – North America, you will be part of a dynamic and international team, working closely with our Sales and Marketing Director based in France. You will be responsible for identifying and signing business in the airport sector, establishing and developing a network of contacts, and collaborating with our marketing, product, and support teams. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Business Development Manager – North America, your main objectives will be to: * Identify and sign business in the airport sector (Hardware, SaaS, API) * Establish and develop a network of contacts in your territory or with the portfolio of customers/prospects/products entrusted to you * Identify and respond to RFI/RFP on which ADVEEZ can position itself * Participate in promotional events (trade shows, etc.) and organize regular sales visits on your own or with the technical team * Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams * Maintain and communicate a strong pipeline to exceed sales targets **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * 5 years' higher education (engineering degree or business school) * Significant experience (5-10 years) in an international environment with medium-to-long sales cycles, ideally in the airport sector * Mastery of PackOffice / CRM tool * Customer-oriented mindset, but also representative and advocate of the ADVEEZ brand and teams * Strong presentation skills with the ability to get complex messages across clearly and concisely * Willing to pitch in and support other business areas * Ability to work remotely with a French company with time difference management * Good interpersonal skills: good oral and written communication skills, ability to work as part of a team * Autonomy / rigor * Availability to travel: 25% of the time (approximately 1 week per month) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience in the IoT or connected embedded systems industry * Knowledge of the airport sector and its specific challenges and opportunities * Familiarity with SaaS platforms and API integration * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong business development and sales skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong presentation and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At ADVEEZ, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
