As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Pilot program by providing timely updates, conducting meticulous analysis of Pilot Scoring sheet data, and driving strategic business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** As a Campaign Performance Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting ongoing gathering of monthly revenue data from pilot companies and partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Interacting daily with pilot companies to validate sales figures and accurately attribute sales to the company. * Identifying and evaluating opportunities for revenue improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to pilot companies. * Verifying the accuracy of sales accounting statements from portfolio companies for utilization in the vesting process. * Managing and optimizing data processes, encompassing procurement, cleansing, and structuring, to effectively support analysis and reporting needs. * Implementing and overseeing data visualizations and analytical solutions on platforms such as Tableau, adhering strictly to defined specifications. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of three years of experience in finance data analysis, preferably with exposure to venture capital. * Practical knowledge of Tableau, including administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least one year of direct experience. * Strong analytical skills coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering commitments. * Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation. * Advanced proficiency in English to ensure effective communication in our global environment. **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business insights. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data analysis and reporting. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
