  • Problem Definition & Analysis: Dive deep into client business challenges, formulate data‑driven approaches, conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses, and synthesize findings into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Provide expert consultation on all aspects of PBM pricing—retail networks, specialty and mail‑order dispensing, manufacturer rebates, and administrative fees—ensuring offers are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Financial Modeling: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Excel‑based and SQL‑driven models that evaluate profitability, cost structures, and scenario impact, supporting negotiation tactics and contract development.

  • Presentation & Communication: Deliver compelling written reports, slide decks, and live presentations—both virtual and on‑site—to articulate analysis results, answer client inquiries, and influence decision‑making.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent assignments, meet tight deadlines, ensure deliverable accuracy, and maintain documentation that adheres to internal quality standards.
  • Rotational Development: Participate in an 18‑month rotation across diverse business units, gaining exposure to PBM fundamentals, underwriting, analytics, and client‑facing consulting, before transitioning to a permanent team.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on evolving healthcare regulations, pharmacy benefit trends, and emerging analytics technologies, sharing knowledge with peers to elevate team expertise.
