Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Practice Manager to join our team, with a focus on Healthcare and State/Provincial Government. As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing innovative solutions, working closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive engagement delivery and capture new opportunities. Your expertise in providing consulting solutions, overseeing project delivery, and developing strategic partnerships will be essential in empowering our clients to achieve cloud transformation success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partner teams to envision business development initiatives, provide portfolio guidance, and oversee project delivery, always working backwards from the needs of our customers.
  • Leverage your diverse IT and management consulting background to provide strategic advisory services to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, driving business outcomes and accelerated customer success through cloud technologies.
  • Develop and execute innovative, forward-looking strategies, outlining investment and multi-step go-to-market plans to help clients lead changes in IT strategy, policies, processes, people, governance, and partnerships.
  • Engage with Director, VP, C-level executives, and governing boards to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience leading consulting verticals for Healthcare and Canadian Government (Federal/Provincial).
  • 5+ years of consulting practice leadership experience as a manager with P&L responsibility.
  • Experience selling and delivering technology consulting services.
  • Experience providing strategic, consultative services in a sales or advisory services environment.
  • Knowledge of the industry, understanding of consulting contract vehicles, and related RFx activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a consulting firm helping transform the IT organization of multi-national enterprises.
  • Experience with Canadian Public Sector procurement and delivery of Advisory services.
  • High level of skill communicating and collaborating effectively across internal and external organizations, including sales, solution architects, and customers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup (or startup-like) environment.
  • Proven experience migrating production enterprise applications to Public and Private Cloud.
  • Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL, along with integration experience of Cloud solutions and services with enterprise IT Service Management systems and processes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range, from $126,000/year to $210,400/year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
