About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Agents to join our team on a remote 4-day weekend shift, providing top-notch phone and chat support to our valued customers. As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, working independently to solve unique problems and creating raving fans every single day. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications
