Key Responsibilities:
- Perform live outbound calls to clients' customers to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction
- Answer inbound calls after hours and provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Utilize Microsoft Suite, including Excel, to track customer interactions and provide data-driven insights to clients
- Maintain a high level of organization and accountability to ensure daily goals and objectives are met
- Collaborate with the blithequark team to continuously improve customer experience solutions and services
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, hospitality)
- 5+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, and ability to learn new software and technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good working personal computer, quiet work environment, great wi-fi, and a good working phone are required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of customer experience software and technologies, such as CRM systems and customer feedback tools
- Experience working with international clients and customers, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong proficiency in English
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a monthly salary range of $500.00 - $4,000.00. As a 1099 contractor, you'll be responsible for your own taxes and liabilities. However, we offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
